We understand your business needs may change. If you decide to cancel services, we’ve created a smooth and transparent offboarding process to support your transition while protecting the integrity of your online presence.

1. 30-Day Written Notice Required. We require a 30-day written notice of cancellation. This gives us time to:
   • Complete current deliverables
   • Begin the offboarding process
   • Package your assets for a clean handoff
     
     Please send cancellation requests via email to your account manager or our support team.
2. You Own Your Website. We custom-build a WordPress website for every client. There are no rental websites or templates reused across businesses. Your site is yours. At cancellation, you have two options:
   • Option 1: Continue Hosting & Maintenance – $297/month
     
     You can choose to keep your website, CRM, and basic support in place without ongoing marketing. This includes:
     • Website hosting and security
     • Backups and uptime monitoring
     • CRM platform access
     • Minor updates and support
       
       This is ideal if you want to pause marketing but keep your site live and managed.
   • Option 2: Full Website Transfer to You We will:
     • Package your full website (files + database)
     • Include all design assets, content, and media
     • Remove our paid tools and plugins (see below)
     • Assist in transferring your site to the hosting provider of your choice
3. What Gets Removed. We use several paid tools and premium services to enhance your website’s speed, functionality, and user experience. Once your services are canceled and the site is transferred, we will remove:
   • Premium speed optimization tools (e.g., caching, CDN, image compression)
   • CRM tools and automation features
   • Chat widgets, call tracking, analytics dashboards
   • Any third-party tools licensed under our agency account
     
     These tools are part of our active services and are not transferrable.
4. Marketing Services Will Conclude. Upon cancellation, we’ll:
   • Pause or remove Google Ads campaigns
   • End SEO/blogging/posting services
   • Stop GBP management and reputation efforts
   • Deliver a final summary report (upon request)
     
     Everything will be closed out in a professional and organized manner.
5. No Strings Attached. We work on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts and no surprises. Our goal is to deliver outstanding value while you’re with us, and to leave on good terms when you’re not.
